 Q: 1. Do you charge sales tax on orders?
A:There is no sales tax on orders except those sent to addresses in California, Missouri, Tennessee and Kentucky.

 Q: 2. What forms of payment do you accept?
A:Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards for all orders. We also offer Bill Me Later(R) (see below).
We accept credit and debit cards issued by a United States bank. If you are using a foreign issued credit card and would like to ship to a United States address, you may place the order on our website as usual. However, please be aware that processing of your order may be delayed, as we contact the bank that issued to card to verify your account information. This process could affect order delivery time, especially if you have chosen an expedited shipping option.

 Q: 3. Why was my order cancelled?
A:First, please make sure that you entered the correct credit card number and information when you placed your order. As a practice of our business, we randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information. If you receive a message, please return the call at 888.233.6743 or email us to confirm your order information. If you do not return the call or email, this will delay the processing of your order. If you do not return the call or email within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.

 Q: 4. Can I send shoes as a gift?
A:Yes, you can! To send shoes as a gift, add the item(s) to your cart and checkout. On the Order Summary page, look for the gift icon below your order total and check the checkbox marked "This is a gift". You will then have the option to enter a message to the gift recipient, which will appear on the gift receipt included with your purchase.
